Meet Coach James
 

James has been helping RVA athletes of all kinds improve their swim abilities since 2018. After competing collegiately at Virginia Tech and racing in the 2012 Olympic Trials, James transitioned into triathlon where he raced at a semi-pro level before transitioning into the sport of SwimRun.
